By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and a smooth experience for both you and our studio.

Booking & Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all brow and lash services.

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all cosmetic tattoo appointments.

• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.

• Appointments will not be confirmed without a deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Brow & Lash Services: Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cosmetic Tattooing: A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required.

• Cancellations made within these windows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• No-shows will be required to pay 50% of their missed appointment fee before rebooking, in addition to a new booking deposit.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment and the loss of your deposit.

Consultations

• Complimentary phone consultations are available for all cosmetic tattooing services. These must be scheduled in advance.

Age Restrictions

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive cosmetic tattooing services.

• A valid photo ID may be requested at the time of your appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

By Jessie reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• Behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully

• Is not suitable for a specific treatment based on professional assessment or medical disclosure

Policy Updates

By Jessie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
